Question by Sully: Is Obama pushing some type of Universal or National type health coverage?
If so, is this supposed to cover all Americans?
How does this impact his aggressive arguments against doctors treating babies born after failed abortion attempts?
He has argued that those babies should not be treated in any way and simply be left to die.
Doesn’t this seem to conflict with providing all Americans with some type of health care since once that baby is born he or she is a living American citizen?

Question by Free At Last: If EVERY American had complete access to FREE mental health care & insurance…?
would that destroy the Republican Party? Is that why they oppose health care?

Health care can never be “free”. Someone has to pay for it; patients, employers, taxpayers …. the money has to come from somewhere.
How about free roads, free houses, and free cars while you’re at it?

Most Republicans oppose health care reform because they feel it will be too expensive for the government, because they think that private insurers shouldn’t have to compete with public plans, because it wasn’t their idea so they want it to fail, because they don’t think that health care is a right, or a combination of these.

I have been trying to find a job as a CNA I for about a month now, and I’m starting to get frustrated. I’ve applied with every hospital and health care agency I can find, but have gotten no responses. I’ve tried to follow up on these applications, but I wind up getting stuck in the human resources red tape junk. Is there anything I can do to increase my chances or is it hopeless? Depends what you want to do in healthcare. With your degree in bio..you can apply to med school or pharmacy school…but of course..that means more school. You can apply to a Masters of Nursing Profram since you already have your Bachelors in something..or..if you just want your BS in bio but don’t want to go to school anymore..check out some pharmaceutical companies and labs..people get hired with Degrees in biology and can work in medical research. Lots of options, you just need to know what you want to do

My aunt got it through her husbands work for a year after they divorced. Laws are different in every state but I’d say you should. Good luck. On the issue of the house, I believe you have to prove you can stiil pay the bills or he may get that if it comes down to losing it.

Question by King of Turdblossom: What can you do when you find out your boss is charging you too much for your group healthcare?
My boss originally said he would provide healthcare for me as a condition of employment and I would pay 1/2 for my dependants.
I chose not to add my dependants and the boss then said I would have to pay half of my health insurance premiums.
He’s told me the rates have raised over 5 times in the last 3 years and when I called the insurer, the rep said there have been just two increases.
Me thinks, me boss is a thief or at best a liar.

i’m employed by a small business which has a group plan.they contribute a small amount to my family plan but i pay over $ 500 a month i dont complain but it sucks.i could make more money being selfemployed but for a private plan you need to be accepted(preexisting conditions). i was researching Baraks health plan and it looks like i would qualify for the same plan as fed. employees.
can someone answer my preceeding questions(real answers please not politically motivated smack)?

First the plan would have to be passed by congress and the Senate. Remember Hillary’s health care plan never made it out of planning.
No one can give you a guess but it will be in the hundreds a month that’s for sure. See where Mass. health plan is hemorrhaging money and is ready to be canceled. Hawaii’s state plan for children has been canceled due to overwhelming costs. There is no quick fix.
And with a preexisting condition your lucky to have insurance. You do deduct that 6k off your taxes.

Exactly what is the bank cash mngt service actually manage? you need to understand what benefits would it does to the business as a whole. It may offers you faster/ safer payment process for payment to your supplier BUT if it makes your supplier unhappy, then it’s not entirely beneficial for you. Question by : Why do liberals make an issue of health care while supporting trial lawyers?
Fact- the USA is the only society in the world that does not require the loser to pay the winner their legal costs for the suit; therefore, frivolous lawsuits and “win the lottery” judgements are unique to the USA. Trial laywers force doctorts to perform needless operations and procedures, jack up insurance rates, force medical groups to move or shut down, but all we hear from liberals is that health care costs need to be socialized. WHY DO LIBERALS SUPPORT TRIAL LAWYRERS?

They wanted free medical so if you destory the private medical with law suits, they can claim the private medical failed and that we needed socialized medicine.
Meanwhile the good Doctors will go to other countries to get a better pay, that is what used to happen here, but the economics of medicine has been so badly skewed with law suits the profitability here is lower. So as market theory dictates their will be a shift of the good doctors to higher paying countries.
I hope this helped.
We will no longer be able to get the cream of the crop because we will not be able to afford it. Look at the Canadian health care system it is an admitted failure.
